4. **Running**: Have you tried adding intervals of fast(er) walking or light jogging to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance?
…so for any run, it’s ideal to have warm up and cool down walks…so why not record them? Also, even a 5 minute walk will do you some good! So here’s my 5 minute warm up, and 5 minute cool down walks. As I’m revisiting C25k, there were walking intervals during my 18 minute run too!
You can see that I still increased my heart rate…the warm up walk is all uphill! Note that even on a 5 minute brisk walk along a main road, there are still things to see…love these bright red berries!
