3 years ago I add a heart attack while driving. I was rushed to Leeds hospital, where I add 2 cardiac arrests, luckily they revived me then they fitted a stent. After my recovery cardiac rehabilitation suggested I do some kind of fitness, so I started going to spin classes. It seemed to be doing me good for 12 Months or so. Then I started having days where I felt totally exhausted, eventually the days got more frequent and I ended up having to give up work. After several tests the hospital diagnosed me with ischeamic heart disease, and my mobility is practically zero

I am so sorry to hear you were doing so well and now you have been diagnosed with ischaemic heart disease and your mobility is so low

Have you been offered any treatment at all ?

I do hope so and hope that things will improve so you have more energy and mobility

No the doctors said theres nothing that can be done as my heart is damaged
