‘Tame The Beast’ ….. I’m sharing for anyone who’s never seen this & am interested in your thoughts ….. https://youtu.be/ikUzvSph7Z4
Having watched many of Lorimer Moseley’s videos, of which there are many on You-Tube, I am not a fan of his at all as not everyone is the same, what they can & cannot do in spite of their pain differs, their physical
fitness
& capabilities all vary and age is not always an indication of how well a person

Ablation done.
my plan is to gradually build my
fitness
, up until AF I was a racing cyclist, I’ve adjusted my horizons somewhat but hope to get back on the bike in some form or other. I suppose my main point is that there are many factors weighing on a decision for elective surgery, and they are personal.

ectopic beats for 7 months
However there is room for my
fitness
to get better which I’m working on, but also a bit scared my heart will pack in with these mad skips and thuds happening! Wondering if any woman in here have experienced something similar?

Ablation coming up January or February.Still some doubts.Should I or shouldn't I!
I am so tempted to not read any more ablation posts as they make me wonder if I am doing the right thing going for my first ablation. In the past year I have gone from no way "I will lose weight & build up my
fitness
".A couple of bad weeks changed that.Chased up admissions & told probably January so I

cross trainer running is completely different to running outside
So I decided to repeat week 8 on the cross-trainer to keep my
fitness
up and found out how different it is to running outside.

Week 5
My goal is to run 30 minutes three times a week to maintain
fitness
and hopefully get a bit faster. I am feeling rather daunted by the prospect of running for 20 minutes on week 5 run 3 but will repeat runs if necessary. The information on here is so helpful so thanks to all involved.

Back again, W1R1
I need to learn not to do that, I'm trying, at the minute I'm managing learning more about 3d printing, dieting (again but so much new research is out),
fitness
and work. Enough of the excuses.

Enjoying the swim (but maybe not all the people)
Running obviously has improved my
fitness
and I can do length after length rather than beginning to panic at the 3/4 way point on a length. I still go for a run before, but am now limiting this to a 5K outing before the little ones are up and about.

Tim’s Run: Bristol
. ❤️ I’ve lost untold amounts of
fitness
recently. I thought it was almost back, but another (not so severe) cold has its grips on me, plus I have a blocked ear which is very unsettling when you sing in 2 choirs!

‘Wise and slow; they stumble that run fast’.
I wore my British Heart Foundation running shirt as I needed pictures for my Just Giving page (I’ve entered the BHF London to Brighton Sportive in June and have been using the training for the HM as part of my overall
fitness
training for this cycling event).

After years of yoyo-dieting, I'm trying something new
In 2015 I worked really hard at diet and
fitness
and dropped over 7st, going from a UK 24/26 to a UK size 8/10. I initially felt fantastic. I'd literally got my 17yr-old- self's body back.

Overdone the swimming
I was really pleased with myself; my running has obviously improved my
fitness
considerably and this has been passed on in my swimming. Once out we visited the café for a drink and had a good chat.

Why do we do it?
So there I was 3 years ago, after working so hard to build up my
fitness
and getting to a point where I could run 10K comfortably in under an hour and average around 27 mins for 5K with a PB of 25:36. Then Covid happened, I lost focus and slowly bit by bit was running less.
