WK1 Day1 where to start
it as harder than I thought in the sense I expected the actual run to be easier but its ok my
fitness
levels are poop which s why I am here but strangely enough looking forward to the next one !!! and running with the app coach on makes so much difference. thank u all

Week 5 Run 1 šāāļøšš
Perhaps a little fast for my current
fitness
level, but I recovered in the 3 minute walk. I had planned this run so that part of the last 5 minute run was downhill; it yes, Iāve done this many times before, I need all the help I can get!

A little progress
No signs of blood, no swelling and no bruising and I donāt know if thatās down to my
fitness
or what? It looks like it is going to be a longer recovery time of upto 16 weeks for a 3C tear. Happy in someway I know what the injury is but gutted in someways that this could be a long journey back.

Zero to Hero, again! Feb 2024
A minor injury stint after finally starting a 10k plan turned into a longer work-workload enforced break, and add to that some lighter sniffles, some changes to my medication and all of this left me feeling quite at a lower
fitness
level than usual after 4 weeks of not running.

My diet is fairly low in potassium (or so My

Annoyingly high heart rate
I love
fitness
and have not done any cardio for 15 months since I was diagnosed with a leaky ( to put it mildly) valve. I am just scared to do anything that bumps up my HR too much. I understand its relatively early days but I canāt seem to stop obsessing over my HR.

How long to hold off dialysis?
He's still relatively healthy (bikes, walks, goes to his local

Ongoing breathlessness and exhaustion
Initially did very well and was approaching a good level of
fitness
. Since October/November I have experienced increasing breathlessness, absolute exhaustion and some lightheadedness/dizziness when I become breathless.

Avioding Coming a cropper when we are trying to regain a level of fitness

During CV lockdown, I lost much aerobic
fitness
and have turned to C25k to restart the process and maybe, just maybe, overcome my reluctance to put running/jogging into regular action. My exercise background starts from a real and ever present uninterest in any sport whatsoever.

Started consolidation anyone do body pump on non run days. ?

level to the point I dare try other things bagged a very cheap gym offer Ā£120 for the year on black Friday I tried a class called body pump tonight it's using light weights with lots of reps to music.

Drogheda 10K
My
fitness
dropped and I gained weight, a Covid stone plus another for good measure. I was finding it hard to get back into running, so at Christmas time I set myself a goal to run a 10K race and pick an event for the end of April.
