After W2 R3, the thought of a 3 minute run worried me, so my next run was a modified W2 run, I increased a couple of the jog section to about 2 minutes. The following 2 days I had a lot of stump pain and could not get leg fitted comfortably, but today leg fit was good so this morning I did a 40 minute exercise workout, (press-ups, squats, a bit of weights and fitness bands) and then this afternoon I still felt good so I though, damn it I wont let 3 minutes beat me. I managed to slow pace and found it not too hard and beat it, just hope not too much discomfort tomorrow 😬

I felt good all the way, when I set off I was prepared to cut it short if it felt too hard.
