Not really much to say here as it's exactly the same route that I have been doing for a while (Apart from yesterday!)The forecast was dry all day so little chance of getting wet .
The hard part was trying to take different photos ๐
It took a little longer today as I think I stopped for a bit longer for the pictures .
Vo2max is up again which is interesting giving me a fitness age some 20 years younger than my actual age !
I find this very strange as I'm recovering from a MI ๐ค ?
What was really interesting today was the smell of all the grass and flowers following all the rain , it was really intense!
The picture of Misty was when I returned home .
She was sleeping in the long grass next to my chicken run in the back garden!
It's a bit untidy there as I don't have the chickens anymore and I have not got around to tidying it up yet ๐

Keep walking, Ian! Your photography is getting pretty good. Seems like you should leave that chicken run area for Misty she looks very comfortable there โฆ.
Unfortunately I have to take a screenshot of the montage as the file size is too high to upload , so Im loosing a lot of definition ๐I still have the chicken coop in the run and sometimes spot misty going in up the ladder for a nosey ๐คฃ
You are doing very well indeed Ian, 7 lovely photos, especially the one of Misty, you must be very pleased with your fitness age being 20 years younger than your actual age.
Glad it stayed dry for your walk. I love the smell of the plants and grass following a rainfall. Lovely to have Misty waiting for you when you arrived home.
Petrichor - a wonderful smell! The weather has been miserable here all day.Misty looks very regal as usual. She might be upset if you tidy her hiding place up too much. ๐
It will be interesting to see what happens to your vo2max when you do start running again
Great photos. All these miles youโre doing you should do the 1000 mile walk challenge. You will have clocked up a few miles now. Keep going. Love your photos.
awwhhh, yeah, theyโre great outside pets (who want to actually be near humans, but we had a feeling they knew the closer they were to us, the safer theyโd be. )
