Should I be worried about suppressed TSH
Presumably he is concerned with the risks of Osteoporosis, however, I am a
fitness
instructor and Yoga Teacher with a hobby of body building and between times also walk and Dance so weight bearing activity is way above average (I exercise for 3,000kcal most days). My last DEXA scan was normal.

Wasn't sure if I was ready for this but...
This morning I was planning on doing week 5 run 2, 2x 8 minute runs and continuing to build up both strength and
fitness
again BUT, I opted for run 3 instead.

A serious question
Is this a good idea because I’ve also heard that if you’re not taking the next step up, you can end up losing
fitness
.

Low heart rate while resting
I'm active with some walking and basketball but I'm not an athlete level of
fitness
. Unfortunately, I can't just contact my cardiologist or EP to ask about this. It's a waitting procedure if I want another meet up. Any thoughts/experiences If I should be worried about low hr in resting?

AFib and Cardioversion
My thought is if Afib does return whilst this will be disappointing would I just revert to current meds ie Bisoprolol which have enabled me to maintain a decent level of exercise and
fitness
. My worst state was being in extended Afib episode and trying to get an appointment to get meds.

Wow! Im so proud, today I managed 60 minutes of fat walking
However when I hit 70 I lost a lot of my
fitness
and put on three stone so any effort is much harder. I’ve been using the active 10 app for some weeks now and from one active 10 mins I’ve progressed to daily 3 active 10s. Which hasn’t been easy as I’m still obese.

Now I'm suffering from too much sun🤦♂️☀️☀️ so taking on loads of fluids, next up is a 750m swim in Cardiff Bay next Saturday, I've also now joined a triathlon club so I'm one step closer to achieving my goal, just need to up my
fitness

MEM Resistance Workout: Exercise Bands, Home Gyms, Commitment and Benefits
Plus, you adjust it to fit your
fitness
level and capacity; see the NOTES on the attachment. For my dumb bells routine I will publish a separate memo later where I can share an image of my spectacular, 5 star garage exercise area.

Breathlessness
I began to get very concerned that I would never get my
fitness
back which is a big thing for me as I am a very physically active man in my mid 50s and
fitness
was/is a huge part of my life and what makes me happy and content.

So this was the 1st evening of the walking group around the lovely village of Borough Green! I was joined by three lovely friends! It’s one of those villages I have driven through but never really stopped to walk around until today! It was a lovely chatty walk and very enjoyable ! Though this group

Dialysis or Transplant?
My
fitness
? Not been tested, no target to aim at. I have drawn up a list of questions for my Neph, should be now but will be 3 months since last meeting in March. I am also very seriously worried about the renal diet.
