For the record, I am grateful for the support but please do not engage in an
exercise
of mental and corporeal transplantation. It's hard enough living in my own head and skin without the mental luggage of another to contend with.

It's been a while.. where has my C25K/C210K journey taken me..
So, the message here is to stay consistent and build yourself up slowly and keep yourself motivated and injury free. 2) [u]Eat right /

Difficulty walking. Would pred boost help.
All my fears of osteoporosis and drugs have disappeared as I was referred to a specialist who absolutely reassured me that I am nowhere near osteoporosis, not to worry, my 30 years on HRT had protected me, and do my best with
exercise
.

Slow-SPEED ‘Slowing Parinson’s early through exercise dosage’
This 4-year study investigates in people at a higher risk of parkinson's whether more
exercise
can inhibit the development of parkinson in the early phase. This project provides a source of information on the feasibility of treatment at a very early stage of the disease.

Comment on exercise and fitness
I wish I can also post sample of an
exercise
, because I record it with polar HR monitor which tracks speed, altitude, distance and HR every 5 sec so that I can analyze progress on my PC. It is the answer to question about
exercise
and fitness for people with PMR. It is possible.

Healing Naturally
Cause for disease was initially a personal trauma, and then compounded by eating too much sodium and no
exercise
. Here is the long version: I got diagnosed sometime in 2008.

Angina subsides with more exercise
I have had fairly mild angina symptoms since last year. I get them about 5 minutes into walking in cool air. I have noticed that if I stop for about 20 seconds, take a few deep breaths and then continue walking the symptoms subside and disappear after about 15 minutes. Has anyone else had this experience

Failed ICSI - 2 eggs collected none survived
I felt that ivf was worth a shot particularly as I had reduced my endo pain through diet and
exercise
. This was our first ivf. I had hoped we would a number survive and that we could freeze them in case something went wrong during future surgery.

Mounjaro for weight gain after thyroidectomy
MY endocrinologist told me to be mindful and watch my diet and
exercise
. I think it is a little more complicated than this when it comes to thyroid imbalance. My GP disagrees with my endo, saying that a little bit of help is needed when it comes to weight gain associated with thyroid imbalance.

Depressing cardiology consultation
Can't have an ablation as I carry a lot of fat on my lower tummy due to Lipodema ( lymphatic disease, which doesn't respond to diet or
exercise
) and was told that ablations carry a lot of risks ( just to make sure I didn't want to push for one!)

26 yo, can you help me?
Specially these last 6 months I wasn't able to do any
exercise
because of my fatigue. My cholesterol HDL is 24 mg/dL , LDL is 170 mg/dL, and my total cholesterol/HDL ratio is 8.8:1. Is it really bad? Can it be a coronary artery disease?

Recovery from GCA -regaining stamina, diminishing fatigue
I’m still pacing carefully, managing rest, healthy diet (mostly, it has been Christmas), some
exercise
and I’m actually sick of it. I can go a few days where sleep is restorative and all is well, followed by a couple of grim fatigued days when I know I have to take it easy.

6 MONTH PMR UPDATE
Hoping to use alternative means such as weight reduction, yoga,
exercise
and chiropractor to assist. Last resort would be steroid shots. I have imaging to state I have moderate to severe spinal degeneration in the lumbar--> sacral region. I have an appointment with my PCM in a few weeks.
