B Complex comparison
Others, I looked at Vitabiotics, Purolabs, Viridian and others, they either don't tell you which forms of the Bs they include or they use Folic Acid and I'm MTHFR so no use to me therefore not included here š Upshot of this
exercise
- I will buy Thorne again, continue with it 2 - 3 times a week to make

Running after a past fall
I know it's psychological but maybe someone has advise on a little
exercise
in-between jogs that relaxes when cramping without loosing the momentum of the pace? Or any idea on how to manage this a bit better, really.

is this a flare?
In the last week I have felt a bit breathless and my heart rate has been elevated (to around 100bpm without having done any
exercise
to cause it. Iāve had an alarming email from Medichecks that says this is urgent and I may need to head to A&E if I have chest pains - which I donāt thankfully.

Pushing vs being Pushed
In the last 6 weeks I have been developing a method and increasing my understanding of how pushing thru
exercise
affects me with my current level of having healed. In a way giving me control in that I know more what I should do. I have never been a no pain no gain guy.

Medications for Parkinson's
As my only motor symptom is weakness in my dominant hand and some rigidity, she did not recommend medication, only
exercise
as it is thought to be neuroprotective.

finding hope and joy
Iāve recently found some joy in cooking again, and gentle
exercise
- walks, swimming, yoga. Right now Iām just trying to find hope again, after so much heaviness. If anyone feels like sharing tips for finding joy and hope after grief and loss Iād be most grateful .

Bowel cleanse - parasite?
I still run and even if I get a nasty diagnosis Iām going to continue with my
exercise
for as long as possible. Anyway, so Iāve started the bowel cleanse tonight in preparation for colonoscopy tomorrow and I noticed this. Is this just normal or do you think itās a parasite?

BP with COPD and Thyroid
Iāve been on 75 aspirin; bisoprolol 6.25mg daily; Ranolazine 375mg twice daily; and PRALUENT injections from when I had a stent fitted and my bp 145/78 pulse 58 which was great but my bp has gradually increased to 157/85 pulse 67 , I was on Allopurinol before stent was filled but I kept swelling up!

Coping with asthma at the moment
Exercise
is definitely one trigger, but as for several afternoons this week I've had a very tight chest, even when I haven't done strenuous
exercise
I assume it is what's in the air. For me the tight chest seems to develop very slowly and then is accompanied by intense tiredness.

Giving up work before retirement.
I was an
exercise
teacher, activity provider and therapist. I loved my work but it was quite stressful and a lot of driving.I had been struggling to keep going for a year but what made the final decision was that I fell asleep at the wheel of my car!
