Found my old BLF Exercise Handbook when searching for something else .

An incentive to start moving more .

I noticed that the Asthma and Lung UK site have a downloadable Exercise Handbook and also a COPD management plan .

I will check them out .

I think they also have a link to a video of the exercises. They used to have a free dvd but that doesn’t seem to be available anymore.

Great that you are wanting move more and are considering an exercise programme. Does your local respiratory team offer online respiratory exercise classes ? Or is there a local Active balance class you could attend perhaps. I go to my local one and it really helps.

Good luck!
