Logging exercise

I've been swimming over the last few weeks but it won't allow me to log it as it wasn't one of the suggested exercises. How do I log this please? Thank you!

Go onto Home then access progress. Find log activity at the bottom

Press the arrow on the right

Swimming is second from the bottom on the long list of activities.

I dont have an arrow on the right at the bottom. I only have suggested activities and a search box. When I click in the search box and type swimming it says no matches
