Wearable tech to track meds interactions and efficacy?

Wearable PD tech anyone? I'm a year post post diagnosis and recently started on pd drugs. I'm wondering if anyone has used wearable tech such as the pd tracking apps on the apple watch to track their symptoms and the interactions with meds (and food and exercise and protein etc). I love a good statistic and if I can find that sweet spot that improves my quality of life all the better?
