My pre-AF lifestyle was also trail running/cycling most days. Post- ablation started light walking after a week, and gradually increased to running and cycling about 6 weeks. Im 3 months post-ablation now, and running ~3 days, cycling 2 days (~1hr) and pickleball 3 days. So far, so good. Best of luck to you.

Good news. No more Af episodes since ablation?

Not one AF. No ectopics either. Had a chest pressure feeling the first couple of months if i overexerted myself, so kept all my activity low intensity. My only issue was the first couple of weeks going off amiodarone, felt REALLy tired. That’s gone now too though.
