I am a 75year old man, who over the years has neglected myself with lack of exercise and over eating. the good thing is I don't smoke or drink,
So decided it was time if not to late to get back into shape that I was in my army days, and NHS couch to 5k was the plane I decided on.
After 9 weeks, today I completed the task of running 30 minutes non stop, and I'm ready to continue to the next journey which is graduate stepping stone, lets see how far I can push this tired old body.
