The ‘above the neck’ cold that is ok to exercise with upgraded itself to a full on fever, aches and fatigue, as well as scratchy eyeballs and throat, and nostrils like open faucets. I have had to call in sick to work, and retire to the sickness couch. It’s better than the injury couch, anyway.
I know I’m feeling better, because I’m a bit bored now.

Sending you ktsok PaulS83 both lots of healing wishes! And my secret recipes: freshly squeezed lemon tea with honey and cayenne pepper. Yup you heard right, cayenne pepper. Tastes awful but works for me almost every time.
I too use cayenne chilli pepper in a hot drink when I’m poorly! Also turmeric, ginger, lemon and honey. And I make a large pot of chicken noodle soup with lots of garlic, ginger and chilli. Gets a proper sweat on.
