Hello everyone. I have just weighted myself and I have lost a bit of weight. I think it must have been all the exercise I have been doing. I have physio e exercise for my knee, planta fishua and exercise for my toes.I have ate less chocolate this Christmas and this week I went swimming twice.
I was surprised to see that I had lost weight as I went out before Christmas for a meal and have eaten Christmas pudding and cream. Went for a two mile walk boxing day. Along a footpath : soft for your feet.
I wish everyone a happy new year and much weight loss.
Start weight 12 stone
Last week 11 2lbs

Just click on the blue link below, scroll down to the 3rd post and reply to our host Scaffie. Don't click on write as this means that you're creating another "stand alone" post.
I don’t understand how this works. Most messages don’t seem to come with a way to reply and there doesn’t seem to be any method for joining any chat or recording weight or other achievements.

This is the link to our pinned posts here you will find everything that we have to offer. Just lick on the blue link below, scroll down until you find something that interests you. I recommend reading the 1st post "Welcome Newbies" to begin with.
I suspect you've been trying to post on old threads that have had the replies turned off, eg healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
If you choose posts from 'Related Posts', you may find that they are years old and the Original Poster (OP) is no longer active on the forum, eg this post is 3 years old and the OP hasn't been active on the forum for 2 years healthunlocked.com/weight-l...
You'll find it easier to start with, to stick to pinned posts, as TheTabbyCat suggested and posts on the main forum which you will find by clicking on 'Posts' at the top of your screen.
Follow the link that I've given you above, JoyfulJayne and the weigh-in is the 3rd title down. Click on the title and that'll take you directly to the weigh-in
