I have been on a plateau for about 2-3 weeks now. Yes, the number on the scale isn't the most important. I have noticed that I am gaining muscle and getting slimmer. Should I stay the course or change things up. I know my eating has been a little off course but not that bad. I am also nursing a bad foot and I am limited to low or no impact exercise. Thank you for your advice.

Weight Plateau
I think you've probably answered your own question, deezlife - muscle gain = smaller size with weight gain or weight stays the same, reduced activity and less attention to eating.
If you join our daily diary and weigh-in, we'll be able to see where tweaks may be possible to help you.
This may offer some ideas to follow healthline.com/nutrition/7-...
Remember, weeks where you don't lose weight are normal for everyone and 2 - 3 weeks isn't long. I suspect things will start moving again soon
Thank you! Yeah, I think I already knew this but wanted some reasurance. I will look into the daily diary and weigh-in when I have time to find it.
You should be able to find the weigh-in and daily diary easily, as they're always pinned posts (you'll see them if you look to the right of this page on a computer screen, the bottom if you're using a phone) healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... just click on the appropriate title to get there
Great to see that you are achieving your goal and stay committed to this.
