Well, who'd 'ave thought it. Ready to start wk 3 tomorrow and can't wait. I can hardly believe how different I already feel. Not that's it been a doddle so far (it hasn't!) but I feel I now walk with a spring in my step and even want to break into a jog when walking in town. (I have so far resisted the urge!) Not only that, but cycling to work has become so much easier and I have more va-va-voom generally. All this after 6 runs! Gotta be good, eh? I'm ready to spread the good news!
