Saying hello and would like your thoughts.
Work is 3.5 miles away and I was planning on
cycling
in. What are others thoughts on this? My wife is very protective and feels that I should ask the GP to sign me off until the epilepsy appointment.

C25K completed and now heading to my first Duathalon
My wife suggested doing a triathalon with a friend in the middle of may and I love a goal and challenge BUT- I hate swimming, have a dodgy knee(from university rugby) and my right elbow wont extend fully due to a
cycling
accident.

Decided to use C25k, planning week 1. Which route planning app is recommended?
I also use the Fitbit app for step and
cycling
tracking, as well as the MyFitnessPal app for food tracking, so if anything integrates with these, it would be useful. Thanks.

Wonky leg!
In the last 4 months my affected leg tends to skew outwards when
cycling
. So the unaffected side remains straight but the knee on the PD leg starts moving outwards.

So.. what do I do when I'm afraid of therapists
, being too self-conscious and worrying about how others perceive me, not being able to trust anybody, feeling empty and unreal, exaggerating, having no motivation, thinking about death and suicide a lot, engaging in risky behaivor, asking people to hurt me, disasterizing, idealizing, rapid thought

Cycling a long way....
I have really enjoyed the
cycling
training and happily cycled 20 miles last Saturday. I wore my compression tights and felt pretty good afterwards. I've cycled a few shorter distances since then and used an exercise bike today.

Negative lap, but polyp removed - what now?! (Long read, I'm sorry!)
She told me to go back to my GP and start tri-
cycling
the pill. There was no mention of a post-op appointment, and she said to go back to my GP to be re-referred if I was still in pain.

Waiting for a date for ablation, but had 2nd CV 2 weeks ago and feeling good again
This time however I am wearing a HRM for every session, be it running or
cycling
, and if my heart rate gets to 152 (about 75% of my max) my watch beeps at me and I back off. I have also cut way down on the beer and wine, and hopefully this will prolong my being in sinus until the ablation.

Don't worry if it doesn't work for you - but don't give up on getting off the couch
Instead I joined a gym where I run but usually stick to about 2.5k along with about 45 mins of weights, rowing and
cycling
. I do run an occasional 5K to prove to myself that I can now do it (but if I am honest it is boring). This is not meant to be a negative post.

Anxiety and depression
I am
cycling
between panic attacks and severe depression. Does this happen to you? How do you deal with it? I am so tired and it feels like it is never gonna be over.

Week One, Run One! (kit advice too, please)
I've looked at some light running jackets /
cycling
jackets in SportsDirect but not really sure what I should be looking for! I'm sorted for trainers which is the most important thing if I'm honest. Getting wet is preferable to jarring my knees and shins after all!

Forced cycling - worth investing in cycle for home?
We are considering getting a home exercise bike that would give him "forced exercise"
cycling
to add to the regimen and perhaps help with PD symptoms.

The following week the joint pains returned and were
cycling
round my body lasting a few days at a time. Return to GP who took bloods to look for rheumatism and more ibuprofen. Rash developed on my feet and blood from nose the next week. Back to GP and antibiotics prescribed.

Surprised Myself
So I dragged myself out of bed and got into my kit, muttering under my breath that it only needed to be a short run as we did loads of
cycling
at the weekend, and we'd also been to the gym and swum yesterday. For some reason I was just not in the mood.
