SWOLLEN FINGERS & BLEEDING AT THE CUTICLE?
Seemed to reach a point of excellent strength & fitness w/ my
cycling
& then "CRASHED"! Not literally, however, my Platelets shot back over the 1M marker, all sorts of weird RBCs emerged; WCCs crashed; LDH 500s+ & massive fatigue took hold... (?)

Pilates and resistance training for me keeps my HR rate down under 120 bpm or zones 1 to 2 which is very gentle aerobic mainly fat burning and creates next to no cortisol- much as gentle walking or
cycling
does 5.

Annoyingly high heart rate
It’s a pain as I really want to start getting back into
cycling
( albeit only on a e-bike at this stage) but even a 5 min stint m( on a flat and hardly using any energy) my HR spiked up to 135 ( averaging out a bit lower once my Garmin does its thing ).

A Happy and Hearty Christmas to one and all.
Ps: Only 3 NY resolutions for me next year, lose more weight, start jogging/
cycling
again and be as positive as I can be. Anyone else making any?

DAILY DIARY FOR w/b Monday 20 March 2023
Exercise
will be
cycling
to the shops and hauling the groceries home, then another cycle trip in the evening to my choir rehearsal and back. Fixing up a new curtain rail and hanging curtains. Gardening if it's a nice day and I have any time left.

Out of date vials of B12 how strong are they?
I had been fine using the out of date B12 (04/2022) until I suspect a couple of months ago when I began feeling a fair bit weaker, more noticeable to me when out
cycling
.

🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ Catch Up Corner June 1: How’s it going?🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
Perhaps it’s exercising in other ways such as swimming, walking or
cycling
which don’t work your body in the same way as running. Maybe it’s a good time to think about what you’re eating and drinking and how that’s supporting your body.

Flydoggy has flown, plant medicine journeys helped so much in our last year with him...so much.
We don't drink or smoke pot, we have been phyically fit and done a lot of travelling and love water skiing and
cycling
. A year ago my husbands cancer went wildly metastatic and we were quietly approached by a doctor who suggested we look into something called the Heart Protocol.

New - cycling accident!
i had a bad
cycling
2 months ago in France. A completely straight and flat road, on a cycle path, I was drafting a friend and hit a pot hole. I hit the tarmac face first at 28-30kph, i don't recommend it.

Treadmill tips
So I get quite a lot out of being a bicycle courier and can be
cycling
around for hours which is my equivalent of a five kilometre run. I would like to do more and have been warned against using tread mills.

Reined in by rehab - what's going on?
I have had no symptoms from the ASD - been
cycling
, running and bootcamping, then skiing in January. Obviously my heart isn't 'normal' but either it's compensating really well, or I'm just used to it??

Mysterious u-turn
I was not too happy about this as I was feeling really well and
cycling
almost daily. Also I wasn't happy about the prospect of missing a complete summer's camping and
cycling
. I asked if the surgery could be postponed till October which they agreed to.

Neurology Waiting Lists
We were planning a holiday of memories for the kids (as we never go abroad), before they all start to fly the nest, but how can we plan mad train journeys and
cycling
around Europe when I’m like this. Can’t afford to go private, and there no private places in our NHS region anyway.
