pain in knee after running/cycling
I haven’t been running for a while but have been riding my bike. Recently I’ve noticed I get a pain in what feels like the middle of my kneecap. I don’t notice while I’m moving but it’s quite painful at times when I’m moving routinely or at night when I move in bed. Any suggestions/advice would be

Graduates Club week 1 challenge
An older teenager on a bike was
cycling
towards me, he began clapping and shouted well done as he passed. It made my day till I arrived home and the missus said he was probably taking the Mick. Well, I don't think he was, I'm taking it as a well deserved win :)

sun sensitivity and acalabrutinib
I wondered if anyone has experience of the degree of increased sun sensitivity with acalabrutinib and whether this effectively precludes outdoor activities such as walking,
cycling
and sailing?

Deathly fatigue but not adrenal function
I am normally very active- walking,
cycling
- but just have crippling fatigue……..no pain or feeling “ polymyalgic “ in the slightest. I had blood test taken last Wednesday, CRP 136 so GP wanted to see me first thing the following morning.

What exercises can I do ??
I normally do Body Combat, Body Pump, HIIT, Spin (indoor
cycling
), Pilates & Core. At the minute I'm too scared to do Body Combat, Body Pump, HIIT & Spin. Should I just stick to low impact things & just go slowly on the bike in the gym ?? Will I be ok with pilates ?? Any advice would be great. P.s.

Experience with bipolar depression?
Mine is rapid
cycling
- I have a week or two of moderate to severe depression, and then a couple of weeks where I level out. This is all new to me and would love to know if anyone else has experienced the same?

? For fellow BATmen on daro and androgen stimulation. Great Article
I came across this 2023 article and i think it poses a great outcome for us who are

high T and darolutamide. Am I correct that this article correlates positively with our BAT with Daro? I find this article extremely fascinating although it is complex.

Starting at 8:30am with my 10 year old Son
cycling
alongside me, weather was nice and cool for the first 45 minutes but then the sun decided to blaze down on the trails. The trails are fairly technical with some inclines and some sludgy areas where the rain hasn't dried up from previous days.

I have not run much during the winter, but I have been
cycling
to work regularly (last week I covered nearly 100km), so I was expecting to be on good running form..... not true! It was a struggle, my body felt heavy and slow. I am still carrying 5-8kg too much which doesn't help.

My story is, I was
cycling
at the start of June, just a pleasant hour's ride before dinner on a summer evening, when an out of control car hit me head on. I wasn't aware at the time and I woke up in hospital 3 hours later, strapped to a spine board with my head clamped. I was lucky really.

PAF - move to PiP only
I try to follow a health lifestyle and I am able to maintain a high degree of fitness (running, climbing and
cycling
). As the years have gone, my medication has been reduced, removal of beta-blocker and anti-coagulant (still on Clopidogrel, which is up for discussion soon).

Questions about AFIB
I love my
cycling
and until this year would be doing anything from 6,000 to 9,000 miles per year which has been great for keeping my aerobic fitness and weight in check.

Why are my legs suddenly so painful?
I am 67 and retired and still relatively active (golf/gardening/
cycling
) but the leg pain is concerning me. I am now on my 7th week of 4mgs, soon to reduce to 3. I'm aware that below 5 is when it can get tricky. 1. Should I taper to 3 or 3.5 because of these leg spasms? Or should I increase? 2.
