What exercises can I do ??

Hey guys. Just wondering what exercises I can do safely without making my palpitations any worse. They've calmed down a lot the last couple of days which I guess is a good thing. I normally do Body Combat, Body Pump, HIIT, Spin (indoor cycling), Pilates & Core. At the minute I'm too scared to do Body Combat, Body Pump, HIIT & Spin. Should I just stick to low impact things & just go slowly on the bike in the gym ?? Will I be ok with pilates ?? Any advice would be great. P.s. Got an appointment with the cardiologist next Tuesday as things stand unless I can get in before then

Have you had a diagnosis yet? It would be best sticking to very low impact (gentle walks) until you know what's up.

I've been told I've got palpitations but apart from that I've had no actual formal diagnosis yet as the hospital when I went to see them put it down to stress and anxiety of my exams. It has calmed down but still intermittent. Would pilates be ok ??

I'm just scared of making it worse. I've got a hypnotherapy session booked for Wednesday to see if that helps

Thanks. I'm still going to take it easy for a few days until I've got the opinion of the specialist
