Feeling weird

I had my stents (multiple) fitted on Sept last year, attended rehab.since then been actively doing my walk 7 days a week and 3 days HIIT /weight training PW with no issue. On regular medicine of statin rosuvastatin 40mg, bisoprol 2.5, ticagrelor 90 and aspirin. I was feeling well occassionally anxiety kicks in or hypersensitive issues. To start with I had normal HR, BP and weight..was quite fit usually cycling or hiking and football on weekend normal weight. No HA regular check up needed stents. EF was 40-41% before stents I was hopeful it would have improved on follow up test remained same no changes to my EF. Quite surprised as everything seems fine. But I read somewhere that if it hasn't improved in first 6 months it will not get better. Bit worried if this is true? cardiologist reluctant to answer. Has anyone had a similar situation where it didn't improve in first instance but improved in second test? If so what may have helped to improve your EF ? Is there any hope of improvement.

I been put into perindropil 2.5 very low dose to help EF, Before that I wasn't taking any HF med apart from low dose bisoprol.as my HR and BP in low side..48-50 HR and BP in 102/58

Hello :-)

I am no expert and thought someone may have answered your post but what I thought as I read it is maybe your Cardiologist did not answer as if they had and then it did not happen you would be asking why and I think everyone is different so know one can really tell but you seem to be doing well and feel good in yourself which I think is the main thing and if you keep doing what you are doing then who knows if it will improve more let's hope it does

I would not read to much as again what we read can be good to have knowledge sometimes but then again we are all individuals so may not always be the same for everyone

It will be interesting if you have the time if you will let us know if it improves as more time goes on and would like to hear from you how you are doing

Sorry I cannot help anymore with my reply but hopefully someone will see your post and have some more advice :-) x

Thanks 🙏 BeKind28- for your response. I was shocked to see not improving but now I sort of accept and decide to keep going. Maybe it takes sometime or add more meds in future cardiologist sometimes hesitant to say much, so wanted to see if any one in this forum had a similar experience. Improved in second time. Thank you so much for responding.

Hello :-)

I suffer with a lot of anxiety was not able to go to Rehab and think that is the reason I a behind and so slow in my recovery

Like I said I think sometimes they are hesitant because we are all different and if they said you will improve another 50 % and then you didn't some would go back and said " You said " so they tend to just wait and see but keep doing what you are doing as I am sure it can only maybe help to get a better result and I do hope someone will relate to you and reply :-) x
