Today a full hour in the gym using weights (45kg) just over half body weight and the equipment, four exercises on the equipment, then one on the floor mat followed by 10 mins cycling and 1000m rowing. This was on top of a big workout yesterday cleaning the caravan using a ladder a lot of stretching and use of one leg work outs very pleased no after effects from either days. Lots more gym work to come over the coming weeks but hopefully will be running again by June what distance who knows but maybe sooner but not banking on it. Hope everyone is ok, managing to run and staying healthy.

After note Sunday following workouts legs feel like they have been hit by a bus. Definitely been worked on I guess that’s progress.
