Urinary Incontinence
Questions for my forum friends: Seems like this has come on fast. It started with a little dribbling on the way to the toilet, like he waited too long to go, then couldn't hold it. Then there were a few messy days, where he just missed the toilet. We got a riser seat so he could sit down, and that helps

Why we run in wet, dark and cold
Injury
? Fix it and come
back
. Sulking is illegal here. In other words, simply ask yourself what’s better. Feeling good, physically and mentally, being positive and proud or simply dropping back on the sofa, walking in circles and feeling sorry for yourself?

Blood in stool & Lower back pain
Had a work/sport
injury
, resulting in a bulge disc in my lower
back
in start of Aug. I was on strong anti inflammatory pills and then got better but had to start doing regular Physiotherapy as I had leg pain with the back pain.

Nearly fell off the wagon
The legs were shaky and I wondered if I were being stupid to invite an
injury
. But I did it, and am now
back
on track. I start a new job tomorrow away from home, so will be finding new routes to try.

Back problem advice
I have a permanent lower
back
injury
so I’m trying to get more fit in order to up my strength, but it’s a fine line between achieving that and making it worse. Does anyone have any advice on how to manage a jogging habit and caring for your back?

W1r1 again
Hi there, started
back
on the programme today after a knee
injury
W1r3. I can’t believe I got up at 5.30sm (I’m not a morning person). I managed every run (well very very slow jog). I feel sooo good. 3 weeks ago when I started it the first time I didn’t manage all 8.

Adrift in a sea of confusion
Hello, everybody, and thank you for all the information I've gotten from this forum. Just last week I saw my pulmonologist and told her that I was feeling poorly. I mean, really poorly. She had diagnosed me with emphysema/asthma. She did a breathing test and said I was the same I was in February -- FEV1

Not a great run today.
Got
back
and found, to add insult to
injury
(literally) that Strava had recorded my expedition as an "afternoon walk". ☹

Chronic Pain Course Week 2
Another enjoyable useful course this week. It has come from Stanford University so is used in America and Canada and well as the UK. I think I’m finding it useful too cause I was only diagnosed 4 months ago so this is the first help I’ve had (apart from on here and own research). This week we learnt

Help with MMA and Cysteine test results
I've posted a couple of times and I'm trying to make sense of what's going on. Total B12 was in the 'normal range' when I was tested earlier in the year but I was fortunate in that the neurologist ordered an MMA test back at the beginning of May, again in June and then July. The July test result has
