Hi there, started back on the programme today after a knee injury W1r3. I can’t believe I got up at 5.30sm (I’m not a morning person). I managed every run (well very very slow jog). I feel sooo good. 3 weeks ago when I started it the first time I didn’t manage all 8. Roll on W1R2, I’m ready for you.
Thank you everyone for your advice. You were all shouting in my ear ‘you can do this, head up shoulders back and chest out’ hahaha. 😂😂😂

Welcome back Shelley! And up so early too, a real keen bean! Very well done, and now you’re back at it, I have no doubt that with that positive attitude, you’ll go on to smash the programme! 👏😀👏
Hi Shelley... I’m w1 r1 too. Just back. I’m neither a morning person or a runner but I know we can do it. I want to wobble less by crimbo and be able to run properly soon after. We can do it!!
