So after my old back injury played up last week I decided to wait a week after posting here and getting great support and advice - thanks guys! I ran W4R2 this morning and was absolutely fine. What a relief! I'm feeling stronger every day now.

Wow that's so brilliant and a great lesson for us all. So many think at least one days rest means only one day, sometimes a weeks rest is great. Fix your injury and give your running muscles a break. Enjoy week 4!!
