Finally crying "Uncle" and trying CoQ10. Who is taking Ubiquinol?
So for years I have resisted taking Ubiquinol because I believed it was similar in how it theoretically worked to Niagen, and I am already taking a sizable amount of supplements, but this week I experienced unusual muscle tightness in my hamstrings that no amount of stretching seems to help so I am looking

Restarting
I have now fully recovered from knee
injury
& have decided that it is time to start
back
running & tomorrow is the day I start back to week 1 on C25k. Me & Michael Johnson will be donning our running shoes & going for a rather lovely, gentle first run & I am looking forward to it.

Does anxiety make pain worse and vice versa?
I have severe spinal
injury
and chronic long term
back
pain. I had anxiety to begin with. But now it makes a normal life impossible.

Still lurking here with intent!
Lots of people recommended a local osteopath so I went to see him today, and after a lengthy assessment he pronounced that all my problems can be traced
back
to a stiff ankle (old
injury
)! He has done some manipulations on my ankle, knee and hip and now we have to wait and see...

Psoriatic Arthritis - Know your options!
I ended up getting bloodwork done due to a hand
injury
, when the results came
back
, I went to see an Rheumatologist. They said immediately... you have Psoriatic Arthritis. I was shocked.

First ever injury 😢. Am I doing the correct things?
Then I picked up an
injury
. I'd just got
back
from a 5K run and my ankle was sore. It swelled up a little and has been painful ever since (this was 10 days ago now).

Just a little thank you 😊
With
back
injury
, illness and bad weather I’m certainly not as far through as I hoped I’d be by now. So I went for W5R1 last Monday after a 10 day gap of no running and was amazed at how well I felt afterwards. I was back on track.

When will it get easier?
My progress was hampered by an ankle
injury
then a bad
back
and I’ve often repeated runs or weeks until I felt I was achieving them more easily and ready to move on. After 3 weeks of repeating W5R3 (11 runs so far) it still feels no easier.

Used Nike to get back in to it.
Used Nike running to help me get
back
at it again after my
injury
. I just set the bar low and made sure I only ran 2/3 times a week. After my run this morning 5k 30min 16 secs. I got this. Felt rather good when It came up.

Second Time Around
Just completed W1 R3 after 5 months out injured after suffering a really bad calf
injury
right at the start of W5 R1
back
in January. Thought it best to start again after so long out. Calf muscle still feels tight, which is maybe to be expected.
