Hi,
I hope everyone is staying safe and strong in these difficult times.

I am pleased to see that my folate has improved following my Vitamin B course, (previously 4.2), so I intend to resume this, although I still have some way to go.
I am also pleased to see further improvement in my Vitamin D level, (previously 64.3), although it is still lower than I had hoped. I was aiming to reach 125 as recommended by the Vitamin D Council. I am unsure what dose I need to take to further improve this for a retest in 3 months. Should I stay at a dose 4,000iu per day?
My haemoglobin estimation is now back in range (previously 110 on 1/7/20, pre last course of Ferrous Sulfate), and my Ferritin too (previously 7). However, I hoped both of these readings would be higher given my course only ended one month ago.
I was wondering whether the bouts of anaemia I am having could be attributable to a bone marrow problem which is why I decided to have a Reticulocyte test also. However, I do not know whether I should have had this test so soon after my course of iron to get a true indication of whether this is the case. Any guidance on this would be appreciated.
My TSH reading is lower (previously 3.2) and my Free T3 and Free T4 has decreased too (previously 4.85 and 14.100 respectively). I do not know the significance of this and wonder whether the thyroid has any bearing on the other matters, i.e. is my thyroid not part of the problem or if it is related, is it that it is not the source but a consequence of?
Although I feel I have made progress since my last post I still feel a little overwhelmed with all that I am trying to make sense of, particularly as my latest results show 2 of my 3 kidney health bio markers to be out of range too (Creatinine over range and eGFR under range).
I am truly grateful for this facility to enable me to reach out for help and advice, thanking you in advance for your time.
