I have PA atrophic gastritis an under active thyroid following RAI a long time ago and Addisons ..wondering what supplements people take I had an iron infusion a year ago that I expect to get again in next three months due to absorption issues .

Hi I take 1000mg hydroxyurea and 1 clopidogrel daily for the last 20 years since I was 39. I feel I need a boost and wanted to take iron, b12, and vit d anybody know if there would be issues with this. struggling with headaches and fatigue at the moment

I was hoping to find out what’s considered crucial vitamins etc required to support myself through this. I take high strength vitamin D3. Recent bloods showed B12 (normal range 197-771) mine was 357. Folate (range is 3.9-26.8) mine was 5.
