This paper identifies the possibility of Sjögren's syndrome affecting ability to absorb vitamin B12. It is about twenty years old but I don't remember the issue being mentioned.

Has anyone got links between low vitamin b12 and endo?

I have more issues and have spoken to a different clinician in MSK who suggests my pins and needles in my arms are not my herniated disks in my neck (mri confirmed) but more than likely vitamin b12 deficiency which apparently!

H Pylori and B12 deficiency

I am aware that untreated H Pylori can cause a vitamin B12 deficiency, but was wondering by how much? (I.e. could this be the *sole* cause of my B12 deficiency?)
