Iron ferritin levels

Hello, My ferritin level is 35 so my doctor has given me ferrous sulphate tablets. 200 mg. take one tablet twice a day. I have been reading on here that ferrous bicglycinate has better results. Would you advise me to continue with the ferrous sulphate, or change to ferrous bicglycinate. Thanks

Latest test results

Diagnosed Subclinical Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto - Currently taking Teva 100mcg Levothyroxine, supplements: MagCitra, Vitamin B-Complex, D3, Ferrous Sulphate. Other symptoms made me further explore possible Lyme disease. Any further info on these results would be much appreciated.

When should I take my extra 15mg of Armour Thyroid?

I am currently taking ferrous sulphate before bed, so I don't know if it's okay to take the NDT as well. Also, the 15 mg is a different provider (Allergan) than the 60 mg (Forest). Is this likely to cause problems? Thanks for helping

Iron deficiency wuery

I discovered I was iron deficient (absolute) a year ago which returned after stopping ferrous sulphate (on gp’s rec). I’m supplementing again after being told I couldnt have an infusion or injection as they are no longer advised due to adverse reactions.

Opinions please on whether anyone would increase their Ropinirole dose?

I have subsequently found out that my ferritin levels were extremely low (off the scale) and started on Sunday taking 200mg of Ferrous Sulphate, these can take up to 4-6 weeks to become effective.
