Vitamin B

I have difficulty swallowing large tablets and found these small ones in Boots called Vitabiotics ultra vitamin B. They are also quite cheap. I need to restock but wondered if I should consider getting better ones that are often recommended on this forum.

I have been prescribed Esomeptazole 40 mg 1 capsule a day, due to having gallstones.On reading the leaflet inside the box it says these tablets can affect vitamin B levels. I take a B complex supplement daily Would I need to increase this?

Hi there, my husband has been taking a b complex and a b12 supplement but hus b12 levels are still low so a doc prescribed a shot that includes B1, B6 and B12. Does that mean he can skip the pills? What about the other Bs, it doesn't seem very balanced? BTW, he doesn't have thyroid issues, but he didn't

I am about to start taking Vitamin B supplements based on a Blue Horizon thyroid test. My question is - will B supplements increase my iron levels? I've tried googling to find the answer but got totally confused.

Hi everyone, could the vitamin B6 in a Vitamin B complex tablet (Thorne Basic B Complex to be specific) cause parathesia symptoms and are there any vitamin B complex tablets which do not contain B6? Thanks in advance

HiI've been talking a vitamin B complex for years, only to realise Biotin affects thyroid bloodworks, I can't believe I never knew! My questions is, do I continue with the complex or just some specific B vitamins? Or just stop taking them, when my thyroid bloods are due?

I’m just wondering how long to stop my vitamin B complex before my blood test. I’ve read it can affect folate, ferritin and thyroid blood tests and don’t want to waste my medichecks blood test . What would be the minimum, a week? , or it is it better to have a longer gap for accuracy.

I’m looking for the recent post by Esperanto re the various combinations of B vitamins that are available in Vitamin B-Complex supplements on the market. I obtain my B-Complex from BronsonVitamins.com and would like to get his assessment of the combination that I am taking (Item No. 1152-250).

I started taking vitamin B complex pills but since doing that i have been getting bursts of anger. Throwing things etc. This is completely out of character for me as I am a very placid laid bsck person. Could the vit B be causing this? This happened before the diagnosis.
