Blood tests came out better than expected. My metabolic panel was excellent - lipid panel better than expected - PSA still undetectable - Liver function excellent. I credit much of my ability to handle health issues to my adapting a Blue Zones Lifestyle over 7 years ago.

I wrote a while ago about symptoms I had that might be a Rheumatic Disease but all my blood tests have returned negative. I have now been taken off Rheumatology list. Concerns were for swollen salivary glands and dry mouth and reynauds negative ANA with pattern. No sign of blockage on ultrasound.
