I don’t have muscle weakness, or raynaulds or sun sensitivity but must

Blood tests

Since my initial blood tests I have had no further tests. Should my doctor be checking my blood and should I be requesting this?

hi there I used to receive b12 injections but then the doctors decided to stop them for some reason, anyway I’ve been feeling really tired and just crappy for months like I’m always feeling a sense of not feeling well. So I asked for my bloods to be tested, I looked my results up on the patients know

blood tests

I had blood tests recently and have just noticed that my folate has dropped off a cliff. Has been going down for last couple of tests. I will be speaking to my doctor about this.

Revelation!!!!DN has just called, She is coming out to do hubbys bloods. I can't tell you how relieved I feel. I wept when she told me. You are all amazing thank you! He has slept most of today after getting up in pain and feeling sick, and pressure on his bladder. I don't feel quite as alone now

Blood tests

Please can I ask if the District nurse can take blood tests? My husband was in hospital last Saturday with sodium levels at 125. He had a drop then sent home. Our gp has requested repeat bloods to monitor his sodium.

Blood tests

Is Medichecks the best one to use and do they still do their discount for thyroid tests? Is there any other recommended? For my last 2 tests I used Monitor My Health which I have to say is the cheapest ever at £29 but its the NHS one and I believe is accessible by your GP and I don't see why I should

Thyroid blood tests

Following on from previous post, I'm looking to book a blood test (venous draw) with either Blue Horizon or Medichecks (still can't quite decide!) at a Superdrug nurse clinic. Interested to know others experiences of using this service - are they reliable? Do either companies readily provide refunds

Asking for blood tests

I’be been on levotyroxine for eight years now and have not had major issues. I’ve put on weight in the last 18 months, from overeating due to stress. Putting on weight is easy, but losing it seems impossible. I am 47 years old, so perimenopause can play a role, but I am asking doctor for blood test

Blood tests

Are you surpose to have blood tests every now and again? Because I haven't had any since first starting this journey in August . I have started tapering from 15 mg . I have good and bad days depending how much sleep I've had .
