Still trying to figure out the right combination
Morning all. I'm still trying to figure out the right combination of preventives and abortive medications for my migraines. I'm currently taking 80mg Propranolol twice daily in the sustained-release capsules, paracetamol 500mg x 2 when required, ibuprofen and Tramadol. I was previously taking Sumatriptan

Five month update
It's been 5 months since I started FECO (full spectrum cannabis oil). Since it's been a while since I've posted, I'll recap: my RLS was very severe. It affected me 24 hours a day. Unrelenting. I live in Mexico and tramadol is OTC here and i had to monitor my usage careful not to exceed 2000 mgs/24 hours

What do you guys use for medium pain relief?
Before all of this and what was probably a contributing factor I just took the usual medium prescribed pain killers (codeine 30/500) to manage injuries achieved while running out of talent on race tracks on motorbikes and the associated injuries. Similar injuries sustained in race cars and karts when

The Opioid Crisis - quite concerting!
As I’ve been reading through posts, I’m concerned that many of us fibro warriors are just prescribed highly addictive, liver&kidney damaging drugs, without being told more about the long term effects of heroin. Opioids are synthetic heroin. Morphine is heroin. Codeine is an opioid. Fentanyl is 50x stronger

Tramadol Chloride
Hi, I had a hernia repair on Friday afternoon (NZ time) and was discharged yesterday. I wasn’t keeping track of how many Tramadol tablets I was taking and it looks like I have take 13 in the past 24 hours (2 at a time max). Is this too many. Can I just ride it out and wait for it to leave my system?

Mirena Coil
Hi, I had the mirena coil fitted on Tuesday. I had GA to have a hysteroscopy & biopsy. I have a 2cm fibroid. My initial consultant recommended the Mirena, but he was not the same consultant on the day. The doctor on the day said she fitted it but didnt know if it would work for me as my heavy bleeding

Tramadol Works
I’ve been taking Tramadol for three years now and it works. You probably can’t get it from your regular GP but will need to go to a pain doctor. 300 mg works for me. I know it doesn’t help everyone but if nothing works you owe it to yourself to try it.

For how long ? HELP!!!!!
Hello people, I am currently withdrawing from DA and am now on day 9. I'm taking to tramadol x1 every night for the withdrawal, which generally had been manageable apart from a couple of rough nights. My RLS in the afternoon, which had been the result of withdrawal and not augmentation, had disappeared

Confusion, depression and losing the will to live
Hey ladies. So, back on 4th June, I had my diagnostic laparoscopy to potentially diagnose endometriosis. I ended up having to stay overnight (was meant to be a day case) as I wasn’t coping with dizziness - had to get up to try the toilet and almost faceplanted the floor - and already kept bursting into
