I'm new here
Hi All I had been suffering from a really sore head, for Truly around 4months now, thinking it was just stress or lack of sleep, I left it for as long as I could bare to. By the time I felt I had to see a doctor, I could barely move my arms, all around the back of my neck was sore, into my shoulders

Hello, I'm new here but have had symptoms for many years
Hello there I've been looking at this site frequently since I discovered it. I'm amazed by the amount of knowledge here and am hoping I can pick up some tips. I was diagnosed with CCP Pos RA in 2013, although I had joint symptoms for about 5 years before. They diagnosed Palindromic RA, but I think I

New member. Stopped Mirapex .75mg daily 6 days ago. Am now taking lyrica 75mg and tramadol 50 mg at noon and 6pm. I felt that I had quite a few side effects from the Mirapex including head aches, very stiff neck, arthritis, occasional rashes, fibromyalgia, less effectiveness, and some possible others

So fed up, is this endo or something else?
Symptoms 2 years ago: heavy periods and chronic fatigue 1 year and a half ago: left hip pain (initially thought it was a strain) shortly after IBS-like symptoms, diarrhoea followed by constipation accompanied by what felt like interstitial cystitis-frequent urination or need to urinate where I felt something

Hi Has anyone had to have a mettle rod put in their shin when they have had a knee replacement? If so do you still have chronic pain in the leg a year or more afterwards. Summer arrived on March 1st with my shorts going on. Yes it does get a Little chilly in winter months...barely 17c!! Life is good and can't believe we have been here almost 12 months. The promise I made to myself before leaving Scotland fell in the first weeks. Hang up your garden trowel Pat!...no

Anxiety with Tramadol?
I began taking tramadol 50 mg but I am experiencing quite acute anxiety. Will this stop if I continue taking the stuff? It's the opposite of what I had hoped for!

I'm very much stuck. I don't know what to do.
I'm 24, I'm 8 months into waiting for a diagnostic laparoscopy. I had the mirena coil fitted a month and a half ago, I've never done well with contraceptive methods but I figured anything to mean I can stop taking so many painkillers or at least stop with the codeine and tramadol. Although the pain is

RLS all over body after 2 yrs of insomnia
I have a sensation all over my body all of the time it does get worse at night. I started not sleeping suddenly out of the blue 3 yrs ago. I just could not drop off to sleep. I can't say that it was because my mind was racing, or I had bad thoughts, I would go 4-5 days without a minutes sleep. I have

Oops!
Guess I hit the wrong button! To continue...I had great hopes for a homeopathic med called Restful Legs. It worked great for two nights.......now I've about 3-4 hrs sleep for the past three nights, plus not able to nap during the day due to the new development of daytime rls. Is this part of the withdrawal

Fentanyl
I suffered with RLS from age 30 until I turned 60. I used to have to stay awake every night i order to attempt to alleviate the nightmare pain and non-stop movement in my legs. It became so bad I felt I couldn't go on with it much longer and had thoughts of ending it all. I then was referred to Wrightington
