Lovely to get messages, emails, and calls from so many old friends here. I do listen to all the posts but obviously only comment where I think it may add something. David's appointmentt with the pain consultant came through pretty quickly. Marked priority that can mean anything from sometime to whenever

Needing sleep...
I've suffered with RLS since I was a child, I'm in my 40's now and it has definitely got worse in the last 5 years or so. I have tried every natural aid I have ever heard about, I've rubbed things on my legs, bars of soap at the end of the bed, stretched, run on the spot, walked round my house up and

Complex regional pain syndrome & restless legs
Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and hoping to get some advice. I fell down the stairs in Aug, and now have lots of metal in my lower left leg. My nerves were terribly damaged either by the fall or by surgery. I've been told I've got CRPS. It started with a crazy burning in my foot. If anyone

Paroxetine for pain?
Been on paroxetine 20mg for many years, Dr tried it for chronic fatigue, and it helped. Realise now (I also had chronic pain) that it was fibro, but only got diagnosed couple of years ago. Was taken off diclofenac for oa, due to reduced kidney function. Then Gabapentin for a year, but spaced me out.

No luck so far
HI, it´s me again -tramadolhead. No luck with the weaning so far so I am going to ask for help. There´s a nurse specialized in dependencies so I have an appointment. Will discuss the possibilities and alternative options. I have grown so sensitive to tramadol that my stomach (bowel) has gone extra

Tràmadol
I am taking 3 Tramadol between 6 o'clock and 9 clock and have the RLS back by 11 o'clock. They seemed to work quite well a few months ago but not so good now. I have tried codeine and literally was up all night . Will I have to increase the tramadol. Has my RLS just gotten used to it ?

Hi girls, It's taken me so long to post here. I knew I would eventually, but I also knew I wasn't ready yet. I've been reading you all, and can I just thank you all for all the help the posts have given me. I had a laparoscopy in early December and was diagnosed with deep infiltrating endometriosis,

Coding and Tramadol
Hi all me again and not a good night so far. I am starting that awful journey from Ropinerol to Gabapentin and having problems already. I have heard mention that some people have been given Codine or Tramadol to help with the change over. My question is this. How much and how many tablets are taken?

Nearly 2 weeks post lap!
Hi everyone, Was hoping for some help/advice. I'm nearly 2 weeks post excision and recovery started off ok then I ended up with an infection that was so painful. I've felt bloated since the op but now I've lost my appetite completely. Anyone else had this on plenty of medication? Since the op I've had
