I would try to arrange to do something every hour or so.
10-00 make a cup of tea and toast
11-00 wash up stuff from tea earlier
12-00 prepare lunch
1-00 Eat lunch
2-00 clean away everything from lunch
If you do this, it is no good doing anything in advance or leaving it until later. You will need to set an alarm for each time. I know it looks and sounds stupid, but by having something to do at a particular time should, hopefully, set your body (and brain) new targets. Once you have got used to this try adjusting the times. It is allowed to have a rest or sleep between tasks (That's why you will need an alarm clock.)
That is why you only do one thing at a time. You set the limit, but you must not let yourself go for more than one hour, even if all you do every hour is walk round the armchair, it really is important.
