First workout in my new inside space
This worked really well, and just like when these exercises - when done outside - allowed me to get in touch with nature again (grass, bugs, bark, fresh air), the inside exercises bring a different home-ly connectivity: - the riddled feel of woodgrain on the floorboards - the soft feel of the
yoga

Body shape change
I do Pilates and
yoga
each week and have a physical job boarding cats and small animals. And walk lots . So not a couch potato 🥔 I do like my wine Though. I try not to worry too much about it as could be worse , but when having a bad day it does get to me. Any help appreciated Carole x

Hi everyone I read an article that doing exercise like Pilates/

can help relieve AMN symptoms for women. Have any of you found that this works? Even at my age (20) my legs can get painfully stiff and I feel like they need a good stretching. Let me know!

Wisconsin ginseng and Ashwagandha for fatigue?
I am an active person (I scull 4-days a week, 20 mins of
yoga
and I work full time although not a very stressful job) The fatigue has intensified the last month or so. To the point I am mentally spent at 3pm and can do nothing at 6pm.

Severn Bridge 10k Race Report - with actual other people! ❤️💥🏃♀️🏃🏅
I did do a
yoga
session to limber me up. 🧘♀️ It was a beautiful day, a full 14 degrees cooler than when I did the race last year, and there was a nice breeze, but it was still remarkably warm, especially on the home leg back up and over the bridge.

I am going to try and see a counselor who can offer therapy and also things like acupuncture and
yoga
. Has anybody tried these? Also, I have high prolactin levels. I have another blood test to check but does anybody know if there are natural ways to bring this down or would it be tablets?

C4R4 - Uneventful 🏃♂️
I dedicate 20 minutes to stretching in the sun and notice a
yoga
🧘♂️ group in the distance. I think to myself that maybe I should have joined them instead! 🤭 I’ve had a ‘me’ day today in the hope my mood shifts. Life is a bit meh 😕 from all directions at the moment.
