Stress could cause High blood Sugar...Exercise , Take time to unwind through Deep breathing exercise, , Pranayam , Yoga....eat balanced diet,... Add some herbs and indian spices to your food ... .. if required seek medical help....it helps...

Very relevant. In fact, when I was a faculty member in our Staff college, I used to handle sessions on stress management i.e: breathing exercises, physical exercises and yoga. I used to get tremendous feedback. More than twenty years ago.

Stress tends to increase the levels of the counter-regulatory hormones, particularly cortisol, adrenaline and noradrenaline. If the levels of these hormones are persistently elevated, this can precipitate diabetes in a predisposed individual or worsen the diabetes control in someone who already has the disorder.
