Hello anyone have anxiety all day due to medication your taking? I have Lupus and Fibro and lowering my dose of prednisone. It’s really hard cuz I have this feeling in my body that feels like I am hyper. It’s like I always have to keep doing something even when I don’t want to. I am also going through depression. Sometimes I feel stuck like I can’t do anything or even want to do anything. I cry so much I am tired of feeling like I am not myself. I have to force myself to do things even when I don’t want to. I feel out of body. I can’t sleep at night and when I finally get up I am shaking and feel like I can’t even make breakfast or even walk my dog. I feel trap. Any tips I tried yoga and meditation doesn’t help. I am so tense I need help. Please feel free to share your experiences. Thank you

The prednisone is a steroid and that can make you hyper and shaky. Also can keep you awake. Talk to your Doctor about it. I don’t like the feeling you get from taking it. Good Luck.
The side effects of the medication are most likely worsening pre-existing depression/anxiety that you already have, or at least are predisposed to. Feeling out of body is typically a symptom of general/social anxiety. I've felt that detachment from the body feeling, like I was floating above my body, yet at the same time frozen, paralyzed by fear. An ssri can go a long way to alleviate those physical symptoms, in addition to proper therapy, support and self improvement. Feel free to message me or reply to this post at anytime. Wishing you the best. Good luck and stay safe 💌
