Few months back I had my first panic attack, since that day I constantly feel like am going to die soon.
Got checked my doctor cardiologist/physicians thrice but all seems well.
My relationship with everything has changed, now I don’t care about money or work.
Few things which is happening with me everyday - constantly feel like something is happening on left side of chest, some tightness which makes me breathless n start producing gas in stomach.
- whenever I sit in car I feel heaviness on left side as I had my first panic attack while travelling in bus and may be am not able to take this out of head.
- I can hear my heart beats in silence which makes me feel like a heart attack, I still watch by heart beats at any point of time, I know that am alright but still it is taking me back to zero.
Few things which I tried & it’s helpful -
- meditation & yoga
- exercise - already lost 5kg
- bath during sleep
- tracked my health with health tracking and all seems well.
The harshest reality is I know that am alright & my brain needs some love, care & compassion.
