I've been cross-training, maybe some
yoga
now and again - thats it. Tomorrow is my last day of my two week quarantine. The last one. I have been so excited to get out running again; to start a new training plan, and just to get out there!

I do

and I meditate everyday, well, I haven’t been keeping up on my meditations like I used to but I’ve been keeping myself active. I just catch myself worrying during the day and I don’t know why. I feel so lost to be honest. I don’t know what else to do.

During this time I have gone on an ayurvedic diet, taken herbs, got into
yoga
and meditation, got into a really good sleep pattern. Also wanted to try naturally over this time with temping and OPKs, this has allowed me to understand my cycle.

The cold turkey thing worked
I went gluten free, sugar free, cut down on diary, caffeine, increases green veg, probiotic,
yoga
/ stretching, walking, mag/ cal/ vit/ iron supplements + acupuncture every two to three weeks for 3 months, + group meditation on Zoom twice a week! etc etc.

puzzled between 2 mindsets
I feel guilty of taking the time of having a good breakfast, of cooking of making sports and of making

. I want to stop smoking and coffee but it is so hard on me. Sometimes i levitate between taking it gradually and stopping it at once.

I had something to eat when I got home then off out to

and I've not long sat down. Including the walk up to

A Soggy 10k
I’ve had a bit of a back twinge the last few days brought on by my dismal attempts at
Yoga
with Adriene. I’ve also had a slightly tight right quad and left glute. I don't want to aggravate anything so I decide I’m going to Jeff this one - run for 900m, walk for 100m repeat 10 times.

1 year on... Recurrence of Borderline Transformed Into Low Grade Ovarian Cancer.
I follow a 95% vegan diet cut out all processed sugars and practice many spiritual healing practices like meditation, Reiki and

. I try exercise for 20 mins 3 times a week, Joe wicks has been putting me to my test and I do all this for my survival. Its not easy and I still have a way to go..
