what do you guys personally take for RLS?
i also tried getting my eating back to normal, and i did well for a few weeks, but now i’m starting to get scared again. i’m struggling, but i’m in pain while doing it this time :/ also, i’m thinking about trying

, Pranayam, meditation, treadmill walk.... Everyday early morning sunlight exposure fot 15 mnts ... .and every alternate day.....Noon sunlight exposure for 20-30minutes... What else: I don't count calories...but it could vary from 2000 kcal-2400 per day...

16wks pregnant - daddy left and isolating alone.

teacher so am practicing daily and a health coach so am focusing on long baths, walks with my puppy, meditation and breathing but I cannot turn off this self doubt and depressive thoughts.

So I was feeling it and although I compensated with rowing and

Injured
I'm so gutted, I hurt my ankle 6 weeks ago and had to stop my running, cycling to work and
