Daily Dose for PD

Greetings!

I have a new neurologist who turned me on to “Daily Dose for PD“.

They offer many different exercise programs specific to Parkinson’s such as yoga, hand exercises, nutrition, high intensity workout, chair workouts and many other options. You can try it out for free for 30 days and then, I think, it’s $29 a month. Some of the classes are live and some are video. There are also a number of classes that are free.

This is a bargain for those of us that don’t want to or can’t leave the house for whatever reason, especially compared to a gym membership.

I am using it as a complementary program to my gym membership. I just can’t let go of my water aerobics, although, I am backing off of that during Covid as a precaution.

For those of us who follow Dr. Laura Mischley, she does an endorsement of this program as well. I think I saw it on the daily dose website?

You can find daily dose for PD online at:

daily dosepd.com

Keep on keepin’ on! Wishing everyone the best of days!

Diane

Justhavefun2 totally agree with you on DailyDosePD. Been doing it for last 4 months they do a great job. Will continue to do their High intensity and AMP workouts after COVID in replacement of some of my more dangerous not for PD local gym workouts.

I am still in my first 30 days, but I am impressed with their program. My back is really messed up so I just do the best I can for the time being. I have never done yoga before, so I thought I would try the yoga class. I’ve always thought of myself as being flexible, well, not so much!! Lol 😆
