Virtual Bath Half ✅🐕💨🏃♀️🏅
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Short reluctant legged cool down walk, then home for a quick post run
yoga
, and nothing planned for the rest of the day! Got some lovely Mother’s Day treats, so demolishing chocolate and supping fizz will be on the agenda! 🌸 🥂 Can’t wait to receive my Bath Half bling!

What do you do to get yourself back up?
I have tried
yoga
, meditation, counseling, journaling, books, and many prayers. What are some things that you have tried to bring yourself back up?

Running in three Virtual Worlds
Another steady 5k, right after doing
Yoga
this morning. It was very cold and drizzly, but therefore it was wonderfully empty. It’s great how normal these 5k runs feel now, no big challenges, just solidly running along, feeling no particular anxiety of not getting to the end.

Is this normal?
I've only just had the stamina to do
yoga
each day, but still don't feel strong enough to start back on my previous practice of a 3-5k walk/jog each afternoon. Also because I've completely detoxed from alcohol & tobacco (so easy to do in a coma!!)

Did you have the Down syndrome screening on your 12 week scan?
I'm trying
yoga
and just keeping busy but it feels really scary these first few weeks. My mum and dad are the only people we've told so far and we won't be telling anyone else until after 12 weeks scan, at least, so just feel like I can't speak to anyone at the moment.

Thank you for all the inspiration ...
So this happened in the last few days:
Sat:
Not being satisfied with only
Yoga
with Adriene for developing flexibility, and inspired by RunaroundSue I embarked on a 5 day exploration of Tai Chi. And it is certainly what Adriene would call “yummy”!

Advice on adhesions and options for pelvic pain
Already attempting
yoga
exercises for constipation. Any advice is much appreciated. I already know opiates are not good for constipation however I cannot take tramadol or codeine.

A happy 7.2k, but are Jack and Eugene gone?
🦵And it felt good, but by the evening (now) I could feel the 7k in my legs, even despite having done my
yoga
practice in the afternoon, adding a special session of down dogs, just to keep the aches and stiffness down (along with non-existent dogs).

The most PATRONISING doctor EVER!
I work really hard on my mental health, I do
yoga
, I do headspace, I run my own business so I can take time off when I need to. Life really is pretty chilled out. Told me my CT scan was clear so no need to move forward with another testing, even though endo doesn't always show on a scan!
