Increased anxiety before stims š¬
I have been trying to prepare myself for this by daily

, going 4 walks & writing my thoughts out. Since finding out last wk that we have been switched to short term protocol & could start injections nxt wk my physical systems have been increasing.

February plan of sorts š¤£
February then my plan is to run every other day as normal but on rest days still get out and hit at least 10 thousand steps, plus do my resistance band/bodyweight workouts and some

Feeling disheartened. . .
I have always done my warm up and warm down and I also do
yoga
and more recently ankle strengthening exercises. I also upgraded my trainers incase in was that. Fast forward to last Tuesday I then started getting fluid on my ankles almost the size of a tennis ball and bruising to the inside.

Dealing with overwhelmingness!
Ofcourse there is no limit to exercise,
yoga
, meditation, expression through art, I include all these and they are wonderful and add to the quality of life. So these are my tips. How you deal with overwhelmingnes? Wanna add more?

I am in the exercise-doldrums and this monthās quest goals have gone out the window - it is two weeks (hmmm, approaching three) since my last run and I havenāt done any

and itās associated cultures have always felt a bit intimidating and with it not as inviting as it could be. And Adriene breaks through that by breaking some of my perceptions of its norms.

Out for a run at lastšš»āāļø
I have been doing the
Yoga
š§āāļø with Adrienne and I really think itās helped me to keep up with the strength and flexibility and yes breathing whilst not being able to run. As Iām doing LEJOG04 walking has had to keep me trundling along.

Coping with breathlessness
I have severe asthma, and often struggle with breathlessness during activities that for most people my age wouldnāt present a problem (brisk walking, stairs, gentle exercise eg slow

, etc). I find this embarrassing, as well as a bit scary.

Week 2 completed.....but with a bit more aches & painsš!
Having the rest days are really important for me and this is when I focus on other gentle exercises like

I also went out on the bike 5 times an clocked 167kms, and did my daily

with Adriene. Part way through the month a friend introduced me to āchatty runningā and I have been following a six week plan.

Recovering from a Pacemaker
I knew I could not raise my left arm higher than my shoulder for 6 weeks afterwards so knew that
yoga
and Tai Chi would be shelved for the 6 weeks. As I arrived in the recovery room I was loudly and clearly reminded about not raising my arm. Got it.
