Hi all, I have just had my second failed round of IVF.
On my first fresh cycle, AF arrived 2 days before I was due to test and my period felt like a regular period.
On my second round (FET), on my test day I was very positive as I hadn't yet come on my period, but sadly, it was a BFN and 4 days later I have come on my period. However, I am in agony!
I have both severe endo and PCOS so for the last year have been on a strict diet and I have had acupuncture and taking part in yoga so the severity of pain when AF comes has significantly reduced.
What do you all do when you're on your period and you're in agony or what was your period like after first failed round of IVF?

Hi, sorry you’re going through this and I’m sorry the ivf didn’t work, I know how heart breaking it can all be.Luckily I had my first born with no issues but after him had no end of problems, 3 miscarriages and a failed attempt at ivf. I distinctly remember my endometriosis symptoms being significantly worse after the failed ivf (so much so that’s what led to my diagnosis)!
The following month(s) things did calm down again and I had laparoscopic surgery for my endometriosis last year which seems to have resulted in my current pregnancy (I’m 32 weeks)!
Not sure where you’re up to with treatment etc but I think that, plus lots of anti inflammatory components added to my lifestyle (including daily aspirin) helped calm things down enough to become pregnant again.
Don’t know if any of that helps, wishing you all the luck in the world with it though.
