So back in November I had a failed fresh cycle with my first attempt at IVF. They managed to freeze one embryo which the embryologist told me is top quality. So today I came on so phoned the clinic and they are able to fit me in this month for a FET cycle. I’m nervous and excited. Trying to remain positive but not get my hopes up. This is my one last embryo and am trying to do all I can to increase my chances. I’ve been doing yoga, gentle exercise, meditation I’ve had a few acupuncture sessions and have a plan for more with my acupuncturist. I’m trying to eat healthy etc but if anyone can offer any other advice to improve chances and get through the next 3 weeks and hopefully on to 9 months.

Fingers crossed for FET
Good luck for your FET, sounds like you're taking all the right steps. I think trying to laugh a lot and thinking positive really helps. Relax as much as you can whilst undertaking all the things you are doing to try and encourage success. I think main thing is your mind and body needs to be relaxed, meditation, yoga and acupuncture really helped to calm my nervous system and visualise the embryo embedding too. This is the first round that I've used meditation and mindfulness to feel connected to the embryo xx
Best of luck to you. I had the same, a failed fresh round then a FET a few months later which I found much easier on my body. I had acupuncture leading up to treatment and 2 sessions on the day of my FET. It was a few years ago now so can't really remember much else about diet etc, but I generally tried to eat healthy, do yoga, sleep well etc. Sounds like you are doing all the right things. I was very lucky as my FET was successful and I now have a 2&1/2 year old. Wishing you love, luck and baby dust!
