I want to use diet, meditation, walking,
yoga
, exercise, supplements and all things nature to try and manage my symptoms. I only set this page up a week ago and the response I have had from lots of woman has been so over whelming.

Bob & Jean Anderson’s classic book about STRETCHING
It was my

before I started
Yoga
. It was my flexibility reference before the age of Youtube and iPhones. So here my thanks to the author and illustrator, husband and wife team, Bob and Jean Anderson. Happy stretching everyone!

I am doing
yoga
and I have tried skipping as someone else suggested but I’m really missing the freedom, fresh air and “me time” running regularly provides. I thought I was enjoying C25K because of physical benefits but it turns out it’s much more than that.

Rowing: Back to the basics
🌨 So it snowed heavily this morning, which left me again run-less, but thanks to the whole discussion about my quandary of how to balance running,
yoga
AND rowing, I have now a weekly routine in my mind with an average weekly schedule looking like: -
Yoga
, Pilates, etc every day (ca 20 - 35 min) -

February’s BRIDGE & have a mug!
I really loved practicing
Yoga
with a group of virtual
yoga
buddies, popping into the forum afterwards to hear, learn and share how everyone is moving through various poses ever so slightly differently, making it even more intriguing to continue and try out different nuances.

Week 1 completed
I’m using the Epsom salts and followed a simple
yoga
stretching class on you tube before I went out. I’m still not running with ease at this stage. Has anyone repeated week 1 before moving on. Or do I just move on ? X

Do’s and Dont’s after FET?
I also practice high intensity Pilates as well as
yoga
. The Pilates I’m assuming will be too much on the abdomen but will
yoga
still be okay? Just a lot of downward dog and all those poses! I drink red raspberry leaf tea. Should I stop that today?

IBRUTINIB AND HIP PAIN
Either way stretches and
yoga
postures can be done for short periods throughout the day as needed. There are so many points on the bladder meridian for back pain, as you push them they are acupressure points. Not just for back pain, but pain radiating down the leg as well.

Starting with a Bang 💥 Welcome 2021!
Luckily these can apply to all the challenges (except
yoga
of course!) so Flossie and I are off the mark. 😀🐾 Bring on this year. 👊 Stay safe, stay happy and stay running. ❤️

Room spinning/dizziness
I am having pain as I usually do when reducing but last night I had many unpleasant dizzy spells turning over in bed and tried a
yoga
class this morning and it started again, not sure if it’s related or not? Many thanks x

Unsure of symptoms I’ve developed in the past year - GP dismissed symptoms so I’m not sure what this is or what to do.
I was told to try symptomatic management (
yoga
/ginger tea), despite me insisting I had been doing that since this started last year with no avail. What really annoyed me though was when the GP asked me to keep a diary for a few months and then come back.

Tai Chi 5 day Mini Series
And as YWA‘s February‘s daily
Yoga
proves to be short, sweet and gentle, what better time to try it out.
So who‘s with me in trying out 5 days of THAI Chi?
Each Video is between 6 to 11 min long, so should be able to fit into most schedules.
