☃️ No run today, as I woke up to a white, snowy and icy world. Boys went out for a walk and I went for a glorious morning of rowing (yup, started again, yesterday and I am doing the English Channel 🚣🏼♂️💻) and then a lovely flexibility yoga workout with Adriene! Beautiful!

🗓 It popped up on my phone yesterday, as it was scheduled in Adriene’s monthly calendar, so it was perfect to try out on my new Yoga Mat!
🧘🏽 20 minutes of gentle stretches, from head, arms to body; back, booty to legs. Just a perfect lovingly gentle routine, first sitting than lying, one that should never exert or extend you too much and is probably always spot on when you are searching for a little mindful 17 minutes of Yoga and needing a bit of flexibility work.
I certainly have saved it in my playlist to come back to.
