Selfcare is always important but it's usually our last priority. Sometimes we don't prioritize selfcare until something physically or emotionally hurts. How would things change in your life if you had 15 mins of selfcare scheduled in your daily routine?

yoga or stretching

I love this topic! Because I sit a lot for work, I wear my Fitbit and I try to make sure I hit a certain number of steps every hour.
